UNAH Celebrates the Graduation of 61 Students at Its Gonaïves Campus
Gonaïves, September 6, 2026. – Adventist University of Haiti (UNAH) celebrated the academic achievements of 61 students during a graduation ceremony held this Sunday, September 6, at its Gonaïves campus. Among the graduates, 59 earned bachelor’s degrees and 2 earned master’s degrees, marking an important milestone in their academic and professional journeys.
The graduation ceremony was preceded by three days of activities designed to accompany and honor the graduating students. The program included an academic cocktail reception, tributes, a thanksgiving service, and a missionary commitment ceremony. These activities highlighted not only the students’ academic accomplishments but also the values of service, faith, and responsibility that are central to the education provided by UNAH.
This ceremony represents the second of three graduation sessions organized by Adventist University of Haiti in 2026.
The first graduation session, held at the Diquini campus, brought together 251 graduates, including 5 students who earned double degrees. This first ceremony reflected UNAH’s continued commitment to academic excellence and to preparing students to make meaningful contributions to society.
With the graduation ceremony in Gonaïves, the University continues its series of celebrations honoring the achievements of its students. The third and final graduation session of the year will take place at the Cap-Haïtien campus, bringing the 2026 graduation series to a close.
Through these graduation ceremonies, Adventist University of Haiti reaffirms its commitment to educating competent, ethical, and service-oriented professionals who are prepared to contribute positively to their communities and society.
